To dispute a credit or debit card transaction complete the following steps.

  1. Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
  2. Select Card Dispute & Dispute Status
  3. Choose your account, dispute type & transaction(s)
  4. Complete the additional questions after choosing your transaction
  5. Add supporting documents if available
  6. Submit dispute
  7. You will receive a response via email (or mail if we do not have an email address on file) within 10 days of submission
