To dispute a credit or debit card transaction complete the following steps.
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select Card Dispute & Dispute Status
- Choose your account, dispute type & transaction(s)
- Complete the additional questions after choosing your transaction
- Add supporting documents if available
- Submit dispute
- You will receive a response via email (or mail if we do not have an email address on file) within 10 days of submission
