To redeem and close a Certificate of Deposit at Maturity or within the grace period, complete the following steps.
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select Certificate (CD) Maturity Redemption
- Complete the request and submit the form
If you are looking to close a CD prior to its maturity, please click New Message towards the top of this page to send your request and we will manually process that for you. There is also a penalty to close it early, which can be quoted upon request.
