To request a lien release letter letter for your closed auto loan, complete the following steps.
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select Consumer Loan Lien Release Request
- Choose the paid off loan and enter the owners name
- Submit the request
- The request will be signed and notarized and mailed to your address on file
