If you have earned $10 or more in total interest on your primary accounts with Affinity, you will receive a 1099-INT. In prior years, this was included as the last page of your December monthly statement however, this year it will be a separate mailer sent to your address on file. If you are enrolled in Online Documents, it will be located within Statements & Documents, under the Tax Forms tab.
