It is recommended to place travel notifications on your credit cards before traveling out of state, internationally, or outside your normal usage area.  Travel notifications can be submitted by the card holder through the Affinity FCU Card App or Online Banking’s Self-Service Center


To set a travel notification from Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Self-Service Center. Under the Self-Service Center tab, click the Request Center* button. 
  2. Under the Card Services Request section, click Travel Notification button.
  3. After you click the Travel Notification button, click +Add to create a new trip. 
  4. Select the card(s) you will be traveling with.
  5. Select the country you will be traveling to. If United States or Canada, select the State or Province as well. 
  6. Click "Add Destination"
  7. If traveling to multiple destinations, repeat steps 5 & 6. 
  8. Select your Travel Dates.
  9. Click Save Trip


To edit or delete a travel notification from Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Self-Service Center. Under the Self-Service Center tab, click the Request Center* button. 
  2. Under the Card Services Request section, click Travel Notification button.
  3. After you click the Travel Notification button, click View to view existing trips. 
  4. Locate the trip and click the Pencil icon to Edit, or the Trash icon to Delete

To set a travel notification in the Affinity FCU Card App, complete the following steps:

  1. If you don’t have the Affinity FCU Card App, download from the Apple App Store or Google Play and sign up today. If you do, log in.
  2. After you successfully logged into the app, click Travel Notifications button. 
  3. On the Travel Notices page, click the + to add a new travel notice. 
  4. On the New Trip page, fill out the Where are you going? sections which include Add Destination, Add Departure Date and Add Return Date, then click Save Trip to complete the update.
  5. Your confirmation includes a success message, “Success: Your trip has been added.”
